Crazy Day

Today has been a very crazy day. Todd and I were up half the night getting the finishing touches on all our Kumpi stuff for the Harvest Fest today. The event started at 9 and was scheduled until 7pm. I made it until 2:30 before I literally could not stand to be out in the cold and snow (yes winter has arrived in Idaho!) another minute!!!! It was not the kind of exposure we had hoped for, but it was fun to meet and talk to all the folks that we did.

The highlight was the beautiful Alaskan husky that I met. She is all white - looks exactly like our girl except blue eyes. We have always assumed Jet is an all white German Sheppard - but we always joke that she is more husky in nature than Bo. So, this gal encouraged me to check out Alaskan racing huskies or Seppala huskies online. I think that maybe our girl is husky after all. Apparently these racing dogs are fine boned, shorter haired, and are built stricktly for speed and drive to pull......hhmmm sounds a lot like a girl I know.

Hopefully we will have more remodel pics up soon. Todd is downstairs taping and mudding as we speak. The plan is to be pretty much done with this phase by tomorrow night!!!!

So - off I go to clean up the house and try to recover from this crazy week and get ready for the coming crazy week.
