100 Posts - Let's Celebrate!

I realized this afternoon that our baby bear post was number 100. Wow. I guess it has been a little over a year since we started this blog. We decided to do something fun to celebrate our milestone. We started a SECOND BLOG!!!!! Please join us in celebrating the launch of Tnt Gluten Free! We are both pretty excited about it and had a lot of fun setting it up this evening. We look forward to seeing your comments on the new blog.

  1. I suppose this is a bad time to tell you that I got a pasta roller. I'm conquering the elusive fettucini noodle and working on a dynamic cream sauce. And crackers! Seedy Crisps from my TV Boyfriend, Alton Brown. They rawk!

  2. Not a bad time at all. We have been thinking of trying out some GF versions of handmade pasta - and just tonight I announced to Todd that I intend to make cheese. Inspired by Kingsolvers novel, Animal, Vegetable, Miracle I am feeling ready to tackle mozzarella, feta, and even cheddar! I will let you know how it goes. Maybe homemade cheese would add just the right touch to your cream sauce!!!

  3. wow! I'm impressed. The cheese section was where she totally lost me. I admire it and all, but I couldn't make the leap to actually wanting to try it myself. Best of luck though! Love your blog, and congrats on 100! :)

  4. Apparently mozzarella only takes a half hour. I have a friend who makes cheese and she backed up my enthusiasm with tools! Of course the biggest draw is that B and I are lactose intolerant and the idea that we could eat cheese without a gut ache is pretty inciting.
